These terms apply to all purchases made through dript.uk and shop.dript.uk. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

DRIPT is the trading name of Stirred Syrups Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16696055). You can reach us at get@dript.uk.

Our products

We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately. All syrups are food products and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, particularly during limited-edition drops.

Placing an order

By placing an order you're confirming that you're at least 18 years old and that the information you've provided is accurate. We'll send you an order confirmation by email. This confirmation doesn't guarantee fulfilment - in the rare event of a pricing error or stock issue, we'll contact you before processing.

Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Returns and refunds

As a food product, DRIPT syrups cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrectly sent. See our Returns Policy for full details.

Intellectual property

All content on our website - including copy, photography, branding and design - belongs to DRIPT and may not be used without our permission.

Limitation of liability

We're not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our site or products, except where required by law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website at the time of your order applies to that purchase.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
